IMPORTANT ELECTIONS COMING IN TEXAS
[COMMENTS FROM DONNA GARNER: It is certainly not too soon for voters to focus on the all-important, upcoming elections that lie ahead for Texas and for the United States.
If the Democrats were to win the U. S. Senate, Chuck Schumer would become the Senate Majority Leader; and any Supreme Court Justices nominated by Pres. Trump would not get approved.
Can you imagine what would happen to America if the Democrat Supremes became the majority during the last two years of Pres. Trump’s term in office?
They would most likely practice open “lawfare” in which they make their rulings based not on the intent of the law but upon their own personal, left-leaning, political beliefs.
The U.S. would go right back to the “bad old days” just as we suffered under Biden.
Now is the time for the public to dig out the vital information needed to make sure that we elect the best and brightest conservative candidates on the ballot.]
VERY IMPORTANT RUN-OFF ON MAY 26, 2026
A vastly important run-off in Texas is to take place on 5.26.26 in which the Republican U. S. Senator will be chosen.
It will either be strongly conservative Ken Paxton or open-borders RINO John Cornyn.
Early voting in that election falls between 5.18.26 and 5.22.26.
Democrat Talarico and his party believe 11.3.26 is their best chance in 33 years to flip the U. S. Senate seat to their side in the all-important General Elections.
Thankfully in Texas for U.S. Senator, we have a super opportunity of electing Ken Paxton – who has been Texas’ strong, conservative, dedicated Texas Attorney General since 2015.

ON THE DEMOCRAT SIDE – JAMES TALARICO
On the Democrat side, James Talarico beat his opponent in the primary elections and will be on the Nov. 3, 2026 General Election ballot for U. S. Senate.
THE FIX IS ON
Talarico makes a “charming” candidate – good looking, clean-cut, well-dressed, speaks confidently, and is a student at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary (PCUSA) which is strongly LGBTQ+ friendly.
Most Democrat candidates do not mention Jesus nor the Bible; and to some uninformed voters who do not know much about Talarico, they might assume he is a Bible-believing Christian.
They might even be tempted to vote for him in the general election in Nov. 2026, but voters need to be careful that they are not fooled by Talarico’s pretense.
TALARICO’S BIO
Talarico was reared by a single mother. At 36, he himself has never been married; and he has no children.
He is an avid supporter of the LGBTQ+ community.
Talarico was a Texas public-school teacher for two years in a middle school in Dallas ISD before getting elected to the Texas House in 2018.
He likes to quote Bible verses to fit his twisted views.
Talarico evidently thinks that the Christian faith is just like other religions:
"I believe that Jesus Christ reveals that reality to us, but I also believe that other traditions reveal that reality in their own ways, with their own simple structures. And I’ve learned more about my tradition by learning more about Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam and Judaism. And so, I see these beautiful faith traditions as circling the same truth about the universe, about the cosmos.”
TRUMP CALLS OUT TALARICO AS A “FRAUD”
In a recent Chronicle article on 3.22.26, Pres. Trump lambasted Talarico as a "fraud," saying:
"He's got six genders, insults to Jesus, only vegan food, was wearing a mask in 2023 and 2024, and is a weak, ineffective guy…Talarico is so woke. He's beyond woke. He's actually, I think he's grossly incompetent."
In his attack, Pres. Trump specifically pointed out Talarico's support of the transgender community, saying Talarico was "an insult to Jesus."
TALARICO’S STATEMENT ON SIX BIOLOGICAL SEXES
In a Texas House Committee on Public Education hearing, Talarico stated, "Modern science obviously recognizes that there are many more than two biological sexes; in fact, there are six."
He further said, "The point is that biologically speaking, scientifically speaking, sex is a spectrum, and oftentimes can be very ambiguous."
James Talarico states openly that “God is non-binary with six sides.”
Talarico chooses to disregard Genesis 1:27 – “God created man in his own image… male and female he created them.”
ABORTION SUPPORTED BY TALARICO
Talarico also believes that the Bible supports abortion. How?
He twists the WORD of God and through terribly false reasoning believes that Mary in fact “consented” to be the mother of Jesus. [Talarico completely disregards the facts given in Luke 1:26-38.]
In Talarico’s mind, Mary could just as easily have decided to abort Jesus which would have been just fine – her choice!
He is on record as saying that everyone — even deluded cross-dressers — can and should be able to kill their unborn young whenever they please.
TALARICO DEFENDS TRANS TEXANS
According to the way Talarico thinks:
"Our trans community needs abortion care too. Defending trans Texans is something we have to do every day at the state Capitol, and you better believe I’ll be giving sermons on that too…
So when I use the word ‘woman,’ it should not be understood as an exhaustive lens through which we understand, examine and interrogate patriarchy. Similar to how we specify anti-Black racism."
BELIEVES IN TRANSGENDER MUTILATION
Talarico also believes in the sterilizing and mutilating of children by allowing physicians to implement transgender procedures such as cutting off vital body parts permanently.
A RADICAL FEMINIST
Talarico has said Jesus Christ himself was a “radical feminist.”
OPPOSES BILL TO BAN MEN FROM WOMEN’S SPORTS
A video from the Texas House Floor shows Talarico in Austin opposing a bill to ban men from women’s sports.
He claimed that “God is both masculine and feminine and everything in between. Trans children are God’s children, made in God’s own image.”
Talarico stated, "The point is that biologically speaking, scientifically speaking, sex is a spectrum, and oftentimes can be very ambiguous."
TRANSGENDER ATHLETES
When asked about his thoughts on transgender athletes, Talarico stated:
"… the only minority destroying this country is the billionaires…Trans people are one percent of the population. Undocumented people are one percent of the population. Muslims are one percent of the population. We are all focused on the wrong one percent… [The ones to blame] are the billionaires and their puppet politicians."
REDISTRICTING IN TEXAS
When talk of redistricting began in 2025, the Republicans felt justified in demanding that because Texas statewide had voted Republican for many years, certainly the Congressional Maps should reflect that also.
Therefore, the Republicans did the legally correct thing and drew the new maps “based upon politics and NOT based upon race” [which would have been illegal].
District 52 (Round Rock area) which Tex. Rep. Talarico had represented was redrawn to favor a Republican; therefore, he decided to move to District 50 (Austin area) which on the new redistricting maps was unchanged and was left as a strong Democrat district.
The liberal Austin District 50 voters elected Talarico to the Texas House undoubtedly because he was such an outspoken and unapologetic supporter of the LGBTQ+ movement.

SAYS WHITE MEN ARE GREATEST DOMESTIC TERRORISTS
He claims that “Radicalized White men are the greatest domestic terrorist threat in our country.”
In a series of 2020 tweets, Talarico referred to racism as a "virus" spread by all White people [evidently including himself], regardless of whether they exhibit its "symptoms."
"White skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus. But we spread it wherever we go —through our words, our actions, and our systems. We don’t have to be showing symptoms—like a white hood or a Confederate flag—to be contagious.
The only cure is diagnosing the virus within ourselves and taking dramatic actions to contain the spread. The first small step is proclaiming loudly and unequivocally that #BlackLivesMatter."
TEXAS HOUSE SCORECARD RATING
In 2023, Talarico’s scorecard rating in the Texas House by one of the most far-left organizations in Texas (i.e., Equality Texas) awarded him with an A+ rating:

TALARICO TRIED TO STOP TEN COMMANDMENT POSTERS IN SCHOOLS
In the 2025 Texas Legislative Session, Talarico tried to sink SB 1 which mandated that each public-school classroom must display a 16” x 20” poster of the Ten Commandments to remind students that the United States was indeed founded on Biblical principles.
Talarico with his twisted thinking insisted that if the Ten Commandments were displayed, the LGBTQ+ rainbow flag must also be displayed.
Talarico did his best to defeat SB 10 by a point of order, but thankfully SB 10 ultimately passed the Texas Legislature.
TALARICO’S TWISTED BELIEFS ABOUT CHILDREN’S EDUCATION
All of the following Truths from the Bible run counter to Talarico’s twisted beliefs:
Genesis 1:27 – “God created man in his own image… male and female he created them.”
All men [humans] are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.
Humans are made in God’s image, and all people have equal worth.
God is the ultimate authority; therefore, these rights cannot be taken away by rulers.
Obey God rather than men.
All humans are sinful and cannot be trusted with limitless power. Therefore, a system of checks and balances must be set up.
Our Founders believed that the U. S. must protect freedom of religion [not freedom “FROM religion”] and that there should be no such thing as a “national” church.
TEXAS’ NEW CONGRESSIONAL MAPS
In August 2025, Talarico broke quorum by being absent from the Texas Senate along with the other Democrats because they did not want the new Congressional maps passed.
While they were absent from the state, Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit to expel Talarico and 12 other representatives from the House by declaring that their seats were vacant.
Talarico and the others named in the lawsuit returned to the state before the Texas Supreme Court could rule on the case.
NEW REGULATIONS ABOUT BREAKING QUORUM
However, on 9.2.25, the Texas House Republicans adopted a group of new and expanded penalties for those in the future who break quorum.
Those who “flee” (break quorum) will not be able to do any fundraising while absent, and any donors involved will be penalized up to $5,000 per donation.
During the walkout in Aug. 2025, those Democrats who broke quorum were fined almost $9,345 each; but the “new fines” will increase $500 per day.
Those who “flee” will also risk loss of seniority on committees which will hurt their influence over bills.
IN SUMMATION – JAMES TALARICO IS A FAR LEFTIST CANDIDATE
Based on the words coming out of his own mouth, James Talarico is about as far left as a candidate can be. He is a complete fake.
Without question, Tex. Attorney General Ken Paxton has a proven record of not just “wishing” conservative principles should be implemented.
He has worked tirelessly for more than 11 years with his TAG team to lead other attorneys general throughout America to join with him to turn conservative values into well-written laws, even during the Biden years when the deck was stacked against any conservative thought.
The United States now needs Ken Paxton to be elected to the U. S. Senate where he can use his keen, legal expertise and unrelenting grit to carry out Trump’s MAGA agenda.
