“Trans Women Athletes Excluded from Women’s Olympic Events”

From Donna Garner

It has been two years since the Paris Olympics staged its blasphemous “Trans Last Supper” and five years since the Olympic Committee published its 2021 report that supported trans sports.

On 3.26.26, the Trans Train came to a final, shuddering stop.

Transgender women athletes (i.e., cross-dressing men) are now excluded from women’s Olympic events.

The
grandexperiment is over.

INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE POLICY

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) passed a new eligibility policy that limits women’s sports to BIOLOGICAL FEMALES!

The new IOC guidelines have been guided by Pres. Trump’s 2.25.25 executive order
Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports [https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/02/keeping-men-out-of-womens-sports/?utm_source=chatgpt.com ]

The new policy by the IOC [International Olympic Committee]
which begins for the Los Angeles Olympics in July 2028 “protects fairness, safety, and integrity in the female category.”

“We know that this topic is sensitive,” admitted IOC President Kirsty Coventry.

However
, “It is absolutely clear that it would NOT be fair for biological males to compete in the female category,”
Ms. Coventry added.

(Interestingly, Ms. Coventry is the first biological woman to lead the IOC in its 132-year history.)

…After 132 years of
men running the IOC, the very first woman in charge immediately banned men from competing as women.

HOW NEW IOC POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED

The very best part of the decision is based upon
HOW they plan to enforce it: not through self-identification…Not through hormone levels…but through a genetic test calledSRY(i.e., Sex Determining Region Y Gene).

This means the Y-chromosome!

It is the Y-chromosome that only biological men have in each and every cell in their bodies.

This scientific fact has been known for eons but under the Biden years was “forgotten.”

HOW TEST WILL BE ADMINISTERED

All athletes who want to compete in the Olympic female division in future Olympics must undergo a “sex determining region Y gene screening to detect their biological sex.”

The athletes will only be required to undergo the test once in their lifetimes, and the test will be done with a simple cheek-swab or saliva test.

The IOC (and its official 10-page document) state that
the SRY screen test is the best way to check someone’s biological sex because the gene is fixed throughout life and clearly shows evidence that an athlete has experienced male sex development.

TRANS “WOMEN” HAVE HUGE ADVANTAGE

The IOC’s 10-page document states clearly that
transgender women who have transitioned from male to female have the decided advantage of having gone through male puberty

“There is a 10-12% male performance advantage in most running and swimming events.

There is at least a 20+ per cent male-performance advantage in most throwing and jumping events.

In explosive power events such as collision, lifting, and punching sports, the male performance advantage can be greater than TWICE AS HARD!”

No wonder
women athletes do not want to put themselves in grave danger by competing against trans athletes.

Emma Hilton of the charity called Sex Matters said, “
SRY screening is a simple, non-invasive, once-in-a-lifetime check that returns female sport to female athletes.

… nobody’s looking at
bodies when they run a cheek swab.

PREJUDICED MEDIA REPORTING

Altogether, the
Guardian rounded up a baker’s dozen of complainants, none of whom were female Olympic athletes

Nor did they contact Riley Gaines, either, even though the swimmer-turned-women’s-rights-activist would have been the logical go-to person.

…Why
not get a quote from Riley Gaines?

She:
(a) is a woman, (b) is a former Olympic-level swimmer, (c) is the person who literally had to share a locker room with Lia Thomas (a trans athlete), (d) has testified about this issue before Congress, and (e) is professionally available for comment.

TRUMP’S PART

In Feb. 2025, Pres. Trump signed the “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order which banned transgender athletes from competing in school, college, and pro events in the female category in the U.S.

He stated that
he would NOT allow transgender athletes to compete in the LA Olympics

Kim Jones, who is an athlete and co-founder with Marshi Smith of the Independent Council on Women’s Sports [ICWS], wants the NCAA [National Collegiate Athletic Association] to follow suit.

“Women and girls’ sports need to be protected at every level. We are just very hopeful that this
[IOC decision] will have a trickle-down effect to protect women and girls at all ages and levels. We all deserve this.

The NCAA policy as it stands right now is not effective by itself. It actually does not define sex…It alludes to protecting women on the basis of birth certificates. That still grants men access to women’s teams, to women’s scholarships, and to being part of those environments — training, coaching, everything.”

Presently, the NCAA bans transgender women athletes assigned male-at-birth (e.g., birth certificates) from competing in women’s sports.

[However, birth certificates are issued based upon state laws; some states allow a person to change birth certificate information by merely filling out a form or signing a sworn statement.]

Also, under NCAA’s present rules,
transgender athletes may practice with women’s teams and use the benefits available to them, including scholarships, training, and coaching as well as access to women’s teams.

NCAA ALSO NEEDS ACCOUNTABILITY

Riley Gaines, a college-level swimmer, and others have sued the NCAA in the past over an old policy that allowed transgender athletes to compete.

More and more athletes want the NCAA to take accountability.

Marshi Smith and Kim Jones (ICWS) believe that the NCAA, to avoid the issue, has shifted the oversight to individual schools:

“The women harmed by the NCAA’s breach of federal law need to see justice;
there must be real consequences and a price paid.

Schools like SJSU
[San Jose State University], Swarthmore, and RIT [Rochester School of Technology], among others, have already shown they will prioritize male athletes in women’s sports over the rights of their female athletes. Leaving enforcement to individual institutions with this track record is unacceptable.

Kaylie Ray is an NCAA volleyball player who is also supportive of the IOC’s decision and
has urged the NCAA to “stand up and say the same” as the IOC has done:

“For the young women who work endlessly to reach the Olympic level, their protection matters too. For the girls who strive to compete at the collegiate level, their opportunities cannot be taken by men anymore.”

U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION

Presently the U. S. Supreme Court is weighting two cases related to transgender athlete policies.

Two attorneys general are leading the efforts to protect women’s sports in those cases:
John McCuskey of West Virginia and Raul Labrador of Idaho.

McCuskey (West Virginia) has stated that he was "very pleased with the IOC's decision to comply with generalized common sense."

He credited Pres. Trump’s bold leadership and his influence in pressuring the IOC to reach its decision.
McCuskey believes that society in general is aligned with Pres. Trump’s position.

McCuskey presented his oral arguments to the Supreme Court Justices in Jan. 2026.

Raul Labrador of Idaho also presented his oral arguments in Jan. 2026
and said…

“I'm proud that my office led the defense of Idaho’s law…we look forward to the Court's decision in our case this summer.”

RILEY GAINES’ THREE-MONTH-OLD DAUGHTER

Riley
Gaines delivered a poignant message to Democrats who have supported transgender athletes against the efforts to protect women’s and girls’ sports as major Supreme Court cases loom.

Gaines
,
an Outkick podcast host and a former NCAA star swimmer who has fought to keep males out of women’s and girls’ sports, appeared on Fox News Channel’s "Faulkner Focus" and suggested those who are opponents of the save women’s sports movement were doing girls, like her daughter, a disservice:

"The past three months now
[since the birth of Riley Gaines’ daughter], it’s shifted my perspective on everything. The things that you thought you would never care about now feel critical.

Things that, at one point, you cared very deeply about, now seem mundane.

I’ll tell you, my daughter … she will be right here with me tomorrow on the Supreme Court steps because that is who we’re fighting for.

So, all these Democrats who think they’re giving President Trump a middle finger by taking the opposite side of this issue, that’s not who you’re giving the middle finger to.

You are giving the middle finger to my 3-month-old daughter and, honestly, it brings tears to my eyes even talking about this.

That is who I’m fighting for."

SUPREME COURT UPDATE

The Supreme Court has heard arguments from West Virginia and Idaho, but the cases are still working through the process.

Thirty states have laws preventing transgender students who identify as female from competing in girls’ sports in public schools and colleges.

States with such laws, and groups and lawmakers supporting them, say
the issue is about common sense and student safety.

The Supreme Court Justices will examine the landmark Title IX federal law in education to see if it applies in these transgender cases.

The Arguments were heard by the Supreme Court on 1.13.26.

No final decision has been issued yet but is expected by late June 2026.
