2023 Legislative Victories
Let's start with the report on bills passed. I narrowed down the 1,000+ bills that were passed this year to a few highlights that fit on a single page.
(Note: Red text notes legislation I passed as a primary or joint author. The historic border security funding was a work product of the Appropriations Committee on which I serve. I coauthored the remaining legislation.)

Every session, Mark Jones at Rice University's Baker Institute conducts a scientific study on the record votes cast in the House. For the second time in a row, my regular session record is ranked in the top four most conservative voting records.
But expect an update after all the votes in the special sessions get tallied.
