[PLEASE SEE ACTION STEPS TOWARD THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE!]

The Biden plan was to flood so many different U. S. states and cities with election rigging that nothing could stop the deluge.  By organizing the Democrats, major media outlets, and social media to operate from the same playbook, they thought they could totally control the narrative.  Too bad for them because along has come knowledgeable people such as Peter Navarro with his Navarro Report.  The Biden playbook has just “sprung a leak.”

Election Rigging – Part 4: Trump Win Likely!” referenced “The Navarro Report” at the end.

On 12.17.20, Peter Navarro released a powerful report on the 2020 Election, “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities.”

The Navarro Report” should be required reading for every elected official, U. S. Supreme Court Justice, lower court justice, and all interested American citizens!

One of the purposes of this report is to encourage people to read “The Navarro Report.”

Another purpose is to build a stronger case for the massive amount of fraud in the 2020 Election.  Readers should take the Action Steps included at the end of this report.  Please contact U. S. Senators and Representatives!

All of the facts and figures in the following report are taken from “The Navarro Report.”

6. Different standards of ballot curing

7. Poll workers and observers required

8. In Pennsylvania, different curing used for Republicans and Democrats

9. Poll workers and observers are required

4. In Georgia, the rejection rate dropped from 6.8 % in 2016 to 0.34 % in 2020

5. If the 2016 rejection rate in Georgia were applied to the 2020 Election, almost 77,000 ballots would have been rejected in 2020.

6. Excessively high voter turnout in 2020

7. In Michigan, with Dominion Voting Systems, 25 precincts in Wayne County had a 100 % voter turnout

8. In Wisconsin, Milwaukee reported an 84 % voter turnout. In Milwaukee, 90 voting wards had a voter turnout over 90 %

9. In Arizona, one precinct showed a drop for President Trump from 67.4 % in 2016 to 58.5 % in 2020. Attributed to a high number of duplicate ballots

10. Vote surges and spikes in the early morning hours of November 4 in Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin

11. In Georgia, a large spike on Nov. 4 (1:34 a.m.) showed 136,155 additional votes for Biden and 29,115 votes for Trump (10,700 extra net votes for Biden).

CONCLUDING OBSERVATIONS OF THE NAVARRO REPORT

1. The weight of evidence of election irregularities is overwhelming!

2. The number of fraudulent ballots associated with the election irregularities is more than enough to swing the outcome in favor of President Trump.

3. All of the six battleground states exhibit the six dimensions of election irregularities.

4. This election was “theft by a thousand cuts across the six dimensions.”

5. The Navarro Report concluded by making this final point:

If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair Presidential election again – with the down-ballot Senate races scheduled for January 5 in Georgia an initial test case of this looming risk.

The Navarro Report includes extensive documentation to support its statements and facts (with 148 Endnotes).  Many of these Endnote sources contain additional facts and figures on the 2020 Election.

CONGRESS HOLDS KEY TO PRESIDENT TRUMP’S RE-ELECTION

President Trump’s path to re-election resides with the U. S. Congress.

The Constitution mandates that Congress will convene at noon on January 3 of each year.  The 117th Congress will convene on January 3, 2021 (a Sunday).  One of the first orders of business is to swear in the new Senators and Representatives elected in the recent General Election.

Congress will meet in a Joint Session on January 6, 2021 (Wednesday) to count the Electoral College Votes.  (After this one week, Congress will take a recess until Inauguration Day on January 20, 2021.)  Vice President Mike Pence will be the Presiding Officer when both chambers meet.  All six battleground states are accused of violating state and federal election laws, as well as the U. S. Constitution.  Vice President Pence could reject the Electoral College votes of any state that violated the law.

If four of these states have their Electoral Votes rejected, neither candidate would have the majority of Electoral Votes (270).  If that happens, the 12th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution prescribes a contingent election.  This is a Link to Article II, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution:

https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/constitution-transcript

The House of Representatives will elect the President and the Senate will elect the Vice President.  The Senate allows one vote per Senator.  The House allows one vote per state delegation, rather than by House seats.

In January, Republicans will control 26 state delegations; and Democrats will hold 21 state delegations.  Three states are tied.  This means Republicans hold the majority in the House.

If members vote by party line, President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence will win re-election!

Another path is possible.  Vice President Mike Pence (as Presiding Officer) could allow members of Congress to object to votes of Electors.  Because votes in the House are by state delegations, Republicans hold the majority.  If delegations vote by party line, the objection to the Electoral Votes would be sustained by both chambers.

When the members vote by party line, President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence will win re-election!

ACTION STEPS:

(1)  Let’s contact our U. S. House members and U. S. Senators and urge them strongly to object during the Joint Session on Jan. 6, 2021 to the electoral votes from states whose election results cannot be trusted.  House members and Senators must not only rise to object but must also vote in the majority because of the evidence of election rigging as explained in the above report.

We must make it clear that we expect our elected leaders to defend our Constitutional rights to a free and fair election and that we are watching their every move on this momentous decision which will determine the entire future of America.

How to contact U. S. Senate Members: https://www.senate.gov/senators/How_to_correspond_senators.htm

How to contact U. S. House Members: https://www.house.gov/representatives

(2)  When we learn of U. S. Senators and/or U. S. House Members who plan to rise to object, we need to contact them and encourage their efforts.

(3) We must also contact the governors and state legislators in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to demand that they convene a special session to look at the evidence of election rigging.

**When all states do not conduct their elections safely, then each of our votes is jeopardized.
