What Makes My Website Unique?”
by Donna Garner

A pair of glasses and a pen on top of a table.

Have you ever seen a website with more than 800 fact-based, well-documented articles about issues that all of us face almost on a daily basis?

Have you ever seen a website where all of those articles are formatted so that they are easy to read?

Have you ever gone to a website where all of those articles can be shared without your having to pay a single penny?

Have you ever tried to use a website that is any easier to use than mine? DonnaGarner.org

BACKGROUND ON THE WEBSITE

Once a teacher, always a teacher.”  As a tribute to my beloved husband of 58 years who passed away, I am launching my own website -- DonnaGarner.org

My husband and I were classroom teachers for eons, and I still feel a responsibility to do my part to help educate others while at the same time learning from those who share information with me.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE

DonnaGarner.org is a public information website; I am not selling anything.

DonnaGarner.org is a landing place for fact-based, well-researched, informative articles – some written by me but many others written by authors who take very seriously the responsibility of sharing the truth.

When you go to DonnaGarner.org, you will see how easy it is to use – no distractors, no ads, and no side gimmicks.

The headers at the top of the screen, particularly the Q&A, will give you some insight into the purpose of my website.

On DonnaGarner.org you will see ten category boxes (list posted below) with various labels (topics) on them. If you see a label that interests you, simply click on the category box. It will open to a list of annotations – a date, name of the article, the author, and publisher (if published).  Then you will see in bright blue – VIEW ARTICLE or VIEW VIDEO. When you click on either, you will be taken to the article itself.

Most of the articles are posted in chronological order by publication date.

Please feel free to explore the entire site by going to all ten of the category boxes if interested.

You can also search for key words or topics in the SEARCH bar.

GoDaddy built my website and did a great job, and I provided all of the content.

IN THE COMING WEEKS

GoDaddy and I are in the process of adding the more recent articles written over the last six months, and articles covering current events will also be posted periodically.

Please check back to the website frequently to see what is new by checking the dates on the articles.

COVID ARTICLES – PARTICULARLY VALUABLE

All of the articles on DonnaGarner.org are valuable and newsworthy, but I particularly want to direct your attention to the COVID category box. There you will find 150+ articles posted in chronological order going all the way back to the beginning of COVID.  Now you can see what was known, when it was known, and by whom.  The articles are all well-documented and are based upon scientific, medical information.

HOW TO SHARE THE ARTICLES WITH OTHER PEOPLE

I claim no copyright nor attribution privileges for the articles that I write myself and would feel honored for you to share them with other people if you so choose.

Using the GoDaddy-created URL/https/www for each article, you can easily share the article on social media platforms, texts, and e-mails.

On your cellphones, you can go to the article, put your finger on the bar at the bottom of the phone, choose “copy” from the popup box, and paste into text messages or into social media platforms.

On the computer, you can cut/copy/paste the GoDaddy URL (found in the long bar at the top of the screen), and e-mail the URL to recipients.

In each of the two situations, the article will pop up along with the accompanying Shutterstock image.

Regarding the articles written by other authors, I think they would want you to share excerpts from their articles so long as you give proper attribution.
