“Video: TX Supreme Court Justice Devine Describes His Family’s Oct. 7, 2023 Escape from Hamas Massacre”

[COMMENTS FROM DONNA GARNER on 2.22.24:  Justice John Devine and his family were in Israel on Oct. 7, 2023; and they were some of the last people to fly out from the Tel Aviv Airport before the Hamas attack on Israel. The details of their escape are terrifying and gripping.  

He goes on to tell about many Texas Supreme Court cases that have serious impact in Texas as well as across the nation. In many of these, Justice Devine played a crucial part. 

He is presently running for re-election to the Texas Supreme Court in the March 5, 2024 Primary.  He has been beset by wild and unsubstantiated accusations by those who do not want him to win because he is a fair and just judge who renders decisions not based upon his political party but upon what the Texas Constitution and the U.S. Constitution say. 

Because most of us are not lawyers, Justice Devine’s clear explanations of legal terms and important court decisions are important for all of us freedom-loving Americans to understand.]

12.23.23 - INTRODUCTION OF JUSTICE DEVINE AT TTPRW CHRISTMAS 2023 BANQUET – BY KATHIE TURNER

Early members of the Texas Tea Party Republican Women [TTPRW] are remembering their support of Justice John Devine's initial write-in campaign for a Harris County Judge. 

Elvie Kingston was one of the three founders of TTPRW and was one of those supporters. 

Justice John Devine is once again called upon, for a third term, where his solid conservative voice is needed and never more so than in these days. 

 

Justice John Devine remains driven by, and entrusted with, the mission to preserve and protect our Rights and Liberties, our Homes and Families... with knowledge and wisdom acquired in his service over the past tumultuous 12 years. 

Our Texas Supreme Court has an envied reputation across the nation-- recognized for their cohesive and foundational respect evidenced in their steadfast decorum.  This is seen in every  discussion and through every challenge. 

Herein lies our 'Forefathers’ Design' to represent "We The People!" 

Texas is the prize and remains in need of Justice John Devine's tested skills, knowledge, judgment, and adherence to our great Constitution.
