[COMMENTS FROM DONNA GARNER: Biden welcomed multi-thousands of illegals into our country, many of whom cast mail-in ballots.
It is my belief that Biden wanted to turn them into Democrat voters.
Presently in 14 states plus D. C., voters do not have to show their identification documents at the polls.
Right now most states do not require voters to enclose a photocopy of a photo ID with every mailed ballot.
Some 32 states use signature verification to check returned mailed ballots.
What all of this means for voters who genuinely care about the future of our country for themselves, for their children, and for generations to come:
We MAGA voters must turn out in large numbers at the polls in every state in this country and vote a straight Republican ticket.
Ken Paxton has fought long and hard to protect our country’s children from predators, many of whom are illegals.
As a member of the U. S. Senate, he would do the very same thing.
Our nation’s precious children need to be safe.

More than 1,600 convictions have been secured by Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Child Exploitation Unit as part of its efforts to combat online predators and child pornography.
According to figures released Tuesday by the Office of the Attorney General, the unit has made 278 arrests for online solicitation of a minor, resulting in 214 convictions.
Another 610 arrests for possession of child pornography have resulted in 1,410 convictions.
…The figures were released as part of an update on the attorney general’s law enforcement operations.
“Throughout my time as Attorney General, I have fought to find and arrest dangerous fugitives that threaten our communities,” said Paxton.
“Additionally, we have secured hundreds of convictions and arrests within my units that are dedicated to combatting child exploitation and human trafficking.”
Paxton’s Human Trafficking Unit has separately made 373 arrests and secured 126 convictions with several cases still pending.
The attorney general also announced that the office’s Fugitive Apprehension Unit has now made 18,291 arrests since its inception, including 68 individuals on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Top 10 Most Wanted List.
The unit has also recovered 186 missing and endangered children across Texas.

Report: ICE made almost no interior arrests in 4-year period under Biden.
A federal audit found that ICE was given more than 3 million visa overstay leads between 2021 and 2024 [under Biden] but made only 12 arrests.
Under then-President Joe Biden, federal immigration enforcement came to a near standstill in the U.S. interior, according to a new report from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG).
Between 2021 and 2024, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took “few enforcement actions using targeted leads concerning foreign nationals who overstayed or otherwise violated their nonimmigrant visa terms of admission,” the Sept. 29 report confirmed.
“As a result, foreign nationals who potentially posed threats to the United States remained at large despite their illegal status,” it continued.
A “nonimmigrant” visa is any temporary visa — such as a business, work, tourism, or student visa — and comes with a date by which the visaholder must leave the U.S., in addition to terms of conduct by which the visaholder must abide during his stay.
…“Foreign nationals who stay beyond their authorized period of admission or otherwise violate the terms of their visa are classified by ICE as deportable ‘overstays.’”
Between 2021 and 2024 [Biden years], ICE received more than 3.1 million leads related to nonimmigrant visa overstays.
Of those, nearly 105,000 were classified as potential national security or public safety threats.
During that same four-year period [under Biden], ICE launched fewer than 500 investigations and ultimately made 8 arrests.
ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division received leads for nearly 1,800 nonimmigrant visa overstays categorized as “Priority 1,” the highest threat to national security and public safety.
HSI initiated 84 investigations and made 2 arrests [under Biden].
ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) division was given nearly three million overstay leads deemed “Non-Priority,” launching investigations in only 5 cases.
ERO made 2 resulting arrests.
…“When ICE did attempt to pursue action on a lead, it encountered challenges verifying addresses and locating the foreign nationals present in the United States.”
Approximately 40% of illegal aliens entered the U.S. legally on nonimmigrant visas and overstayed those visas, sometimes by a matter of years.
Some illegal visa overstayers have gone on to commit crimes inside the U.S.
Mexican national Rafael Govea Romero, for example, entered the U.S. on a work visa in 2018.
He overstayed and, in 2023, stabbed to death 16-year-old Lizbeth Medina, whose body was discovered in a bathtub in her apartment in Edna, Texas.
Foreign national Brandon Estrada De Leon entered the U.S. on a nonimmigrant visa in 2020, with a required departure date of April 21, 2021.
He did not leave, and in 2023 was arrested in Leesburg, Virginia, and charged with the abduction and repeated rape of a 12-year-old girl.

According to DHS status indicators, over 466,000 criminal noncitizens have been booked into local Texas jails between June 1, 2011, and September 30, 2026, of which over 335,000 were classified as illegal noncitizens by DHS.
Between June 1, 2011, and September 30, 2026, these 335,000 illegal noncitizens were charged with more than 603,000 criminal offenses which included arrests for 1,134 homicide charges; 79,089 assault charges; 10,669 burglary charges; 70,672 drug charges; 1,547 kidnapping charges; 30,692 theft charges; 48,105 obstructing police charges; 3,424 robbery charges; 7,713 sexual assault charges; 8,733 sexual offense charges; and 7,669 weapon charges. DPS criminal history records reflect those criminal charges have thus far resulted in over 230,000 convictions including 636 homicide convictions; 29,993 assault convictions; 5,564 burglary convictions; 29,414 drug convictions; 463 kidnapping convictions; 11,900 theft convictions; 18,758 obstructing police convictions; 2,040 robbery convictions; 4,025 sexual assault convictions; 4,074 sexual offense convictions; and 2,543 weapon convictions.
*These figures only count individuals who previously had an encounter with DHS that resulted in their fingerprints being entered into the DHS IDENT database.
