In her 7.16.24 popular podcast, Jenny Hatch explains an unknown gem of information that was a turning point in J.D. Vance's young life in high school.
J.D. had come to realize that learning algebra would be essential to his future.
The book used in his school was Saxon's Algebra 2, a traditional textbook of proven success nationwide that could help lead students forward in their future math courses.
The Saxon book (which can be seen in the “Hillbilly Elegy” Netflix movie) thus became a linchpin of good fortune in Vance's life, and now he has been nominated to be Trump’s Vice President of the United States.
